AI builds the PMS
Manuals, drawings and equipment lists are sorted into the vessel's systems and read page by page. Out come the equipment tree, maintenance jobs with intervals, and the spares for each job.
PMS driven by AI · for superyachts
The AI builds the planned maintenance system from your manuals, drawings and equipment lists in days, not months. Then the agent runs it with the crew: plans the week, links spares to jobs, prepares requisitions, keeps certificates on time and answers technical questions from the manuals.

How it works
Not an empty PMS to fill in by hand, and not a general chatbot. The equipment tree, jobs, intervals and spares come from this vessel's own documents.
Manuals, drawings and equipment lists are sorted into the vessel's systems and read page by page. Out come the equipment tree, maintenance jobs with intervals, and the spares for each job.
Plans the week, reminds about jobs, running hours and class items. Keeps certificates and crew documents on time, with renewal lead times. Coordinates contractors and quotes during refit. Logs every job and finding for ISM, class and flag.
Requisitions with the right part numbers, replies to contractors and fault checklists arrive drafted. Technical answers come with the document and page. A named person approves before anything is sent or filed.
Just ask
Numbers, set points, procedures, part numbers, who said what in a thread. If the answer is not in the documents, the agent says so instead of guessing.
Getting started
Nobody flies in. One to two days of remote work on the vessel's documents, then the crew checks the result and the PMS goes live.
You give us remote access to a workstation on the vessel, under NDA. The documents, the mail archive and the PMS are already there. Nothing to send.
Every file sorted into the vessel's system tree: group, system, equipment, model. Scans made searchable, every page indexed with its source. Maintenance jobs, intervals and spares taken from the manuals.
The crew checks the equipment tree and the jobs. The agent goes live in the PMS, connected to mail. Short briefing for the crew by video call. New documents are added as they arrive.
Every answer points back to a page in this tree. Nothing comes from memory.
Who it's for
Certificates and crew documents with renewal lead times, class and flag items, survey history, a status for the owner's office in minutes.
"What did class ask for at the last annual, and what is still open?"
Manuals, schematics, troubleshooting, requisitions, maintenance tasks from the manuals into the PMS.
"Torque for the cylinder head bolts, with the tightening sequence."
What the contractor quoted, what was agreed, what remains open, across several vessels, without reading every thread.
"Summarise the refit correspondence with the yard since March."
Knowledge survives crew change. One document structure across the fleet, one place to check what was agreed.
"Which vessels have the 10-year survey due in the next 12 months?"
What changes
Saving time and human resources: less typing, searching and chasing, more time for the vessel.
For the owner's office and the management company
For the captain, the engineers and the superintendent
Local or Standard
Same agent, same knowledge base. The difference is where the heavy computing runs and what hardware goes on board.
Everything on board. No connection needed.
Compact unit on board, heavy work over an encrypted link.
You can start with Standard and move to Local later. The knowledge base moves with you.
Data privacy
A yacht's archive holds the owner's affairs, contracts and crew correspondence. The agent is built to keep it that way.
Your documents are never used to train models and never shared with third parties. Owner, vessel and crew names can be masked. Deleted on request, with confirmation.
Emails, requisitions and PMS changes wait for a named person to approve. The agent drafts; people send.

Book a demo
Thirty minutes. Send a few of your own manuals or drawings and we show the agent working on them, under NDA.
Thank you. We come back within one working day to agree a time and which of your documents to use.
